Greetings from ASAMI India Secretary !
I am thankful to all members of ASAMI India family for showing faith in me and giving me opportunity to serve the prestigious organisation as Honorary Secretary. ASAMI India has long and Proud legacy, our founding fathers toiled hard to lay the foundation of ASAMI India, and their Successors have carried forward the proud legacy, it is all because of the efforts of all of our predecessors and ASAMI India Members that our organisation grew tall into an enviable position that it enjoys today.
Communication plays a significant role in the organisations to function at various levels, and it’s essential for Success and growth of every organisation, in order to communicate with all of our esteemed ASAMI India members and to all orthopaedic surgeons all across the nation and abroad we have have developed our website, Facebook page Twitter account and ASAMI India you Tube channel, I hope this will further strengthen and expand our organisation.
Without the participation of young post graduates no organisation can be strengthened, keeping this in mind we have started our Associate membership so that more and more young orthopaedic surgeons who are in the phase of basic orthopaedic training can understand about the beauty of ilizarov methodology and can adopt it in future.
I am fortunate enough that I am having a team of young and Dynamic state representatives and Highly experienced ASAMI India faculty members. Its my pleasure to serve under the able leadership of our President Dr. Jayant Sharma, I am hopeful and confident enough that under the able leadership of our President Dr. Jayant Sharma, Guidance of our respected past presidents and secretaries and support from my entire executive and working committee members we will be able to expand our ASAMI India family by an active membership drive, and will be able to fulfil all aims and objectives of our prestigious organisation and will take it way forward.
One of the key areas of focus will be to promote a culture of recognition and reward valuable contributions. I shall strive to work towards ensuring that maximum ASAMI India members get suitable national and international forums and take the association's flag higher.
